Return & exchange

We want your choice to feel right.

If something doesn’t fit or feel as expected, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Custom-made pieces and items with individual adjustments are not eligible for return.

If your item has a defect or doesn’t match your order, we’ll take care of it.

To request a return, simply contact us with your order details.

Shipping

Available Now pieces are stocked locally and delivered the next working day. Delivery is complimentary for orders over AED 500; for orders below this amount, an AED 15 fee applies. Shipments are not processed on public holidays.

Pre-Order pieces are shipped from Ukraine from our partner brands. International shipping is complimentary for pre-order purchases over AED 1200. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of AED 69 will apply at checkout.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can always follow its journey.

Pre-Order items are sourced directly from our partner brands and carefully prepared for you after your purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on production and international shipping, and the estimated timeframe is 10 to 21 days.

All pre-order purchases are subject to brand availability. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will promptly notify you and offer an alternative, revised timeline, or a full refund.

1. Company Information

Solowày is a curated online showroom operating in the United Arab Emirates under a valid Dubai online trading license.

Solowày provides access to a carefully selected range of independent fashion brands and delivers orders within the UAE.

2. Personal Data

Solowày collects the following personal data when you place an order or interact with the website:

— first and last name

— contact phone number

— email address

— delivery address

This information is collected and processed solely for the purposes of processing and fulfilling orders, arranging delivery of purchased items, communicating with you regarding your order, availability of products, and service updates, providing order confirmations and delivery notifications.

We do not use personal data for purposes unrelated to the operation of the showroom and order fulfillment.

3. ORDERING PROCEDURE
3.1. Customers may place an order for any item presented on the Solowày website in the available quantity.

3.2. In the event that an item is unavailable at the time of order processing, Solowày will notify the customer via email or phone.

3.3. If an item is unavailable, the customer may choose to:

— replace the item with a similar product

— cancel the order fully.

3.4. For selected items, pre-orders may be available. Pre-order items are typically delivered within up to 18 days from the date of confirmation. In case of any delays, the customer will be informed in advance.
