Return & exchange
Solowáy supports conscious choice and operates on a no-return policy.
For Dubai orders, we offer a home fitting option so you can try the piece before committing.
If you have any questions about fit or sizing, we’re always happy to guide you before you place your order.
Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects.
Shipping
We deliver across the UAE via courier service. Orders over AED 500 are delivered complimentary. For orders below AED 500, delivery fee is AED 15.
Delivery is made within 1–3 working days after purchase. Shipments are not processed on public holidays.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, so you always know where your piece is.
Fitting (dubai only)
We offer a home fitting service in Dubai, so you can experience the pieces in your own space. A courier will arrive at your chosen time and wait while you try on and select what feels right for you.
If you decide to make a purchase, the fitting delivery is complimentary if your order is above AED 500. If no items are selected, or the order is below AED 500, a delivery fee may apply depending on your location.

1. Company Information
Solowày is a curated online showroom operating in the United Arab Emirates under a valid Dubai online trading license.
Solowày provides access to a carefully selected range of independent fashion brands and delivers orders within the UAE.
2. Personal Data
Solowày collects the following personal data when you place an order or interact with the website:
— first and last name
— contact phone number
— email address
— delivery address
This information is collected and processed solely for the purposes of processing and fulfilling orders, arranging delivery of purchased items, communicating with you regarding your order, availability of products, and service updates, providing order confirmations and delivery notifications.
We do not use personal data for purposes unrelated to the operation of the showroom and order fulfillment.
3. ORDERING PROCEDURE
3.1. Customers may place an order for any item presented on the Solowày website in the available quantity.
3.2. In the event that an item is unavailable at the time of order processing, Solowày will notify the customer via email or phone.
3.3. If an item is unavailable, the customer may choose to:
— replace the item with a similar product
— cancel the order fully.
3.4. For selected items, pre-orders may be available. Pre-order items are typically delivered within up to 18 days from the date of confirmation. In case of any delays, the customer will be informed in advance.
